We are so grateful to the Hospice@Home team for their support and compassion during Celia's last days. She said that she wanted people to donate to the hospice instead of giving flowers, because the care they gave made such a difference: she was comfortable, pain free and in her own home, surrounded by family, friends and caring professionals.
